| Virtual Exhibition - Material

- Rate is per future event hosted for 12 months
- Photographs will be provided by the client
- 5-6 photos with captions preferably in a Newsletter format.
Hosting of additional photos will be available at additional
cost
- The Subscription Fees will be annual and will be renewed
upon confirmation from the customer 1 month before expiry
of the Agreement term
- The resolution for the photos will be 72 pixels per inch
and the dimensions will standard "x" x "y"
pixels for "thumbnails". On click on the thumbnail,
the photograph will be displayed in enlarged version ["m"
x "n" pixels]
- The Virtual Exhibition site will be available 24 x 7
x 365 except when our website undergoes maintenance
- Along with the Event Virtual Exhibition, we will also
provide URL link to the exhibitor's company website. Also,
a brief company profile & contact details (if available)
will be displayed
- If the Company has subscribed for more than one Event,
provision will be provided to navigate between different
Events participated by the Company
- The Virtual Exhibition will be showcased on DefenceDirectory
homepage so that interested users can directly go the the
Virtual Exhibition site with a minimum number of clicks.
Once the user arrives at the Virtual Exhibition, he / she
can choose the company name of interest from a dropbox menu.
Thereafter, he/ she can select the specific Event of interest
to them
