The conduct of a conference comprising of key players in
the defence industry and Navies who have an interest in promoting
a professional dialogue on submarine and ASW technologies.
The key MOD and industry players would comprise the selected
operational and technology officials from Europe, USA, Russia,
India, Japan, S. Korea and South East Asia who currently plan
for and oversee submarine and anti-submarine capabilities
within their Navies.

- from ASEAN - Chief of Navies, or Heads of Acquisition
Strategy, Heads of Naval Planning, Operations and Naval
Logistics from ASEAN and selected Asian countries.
- from Europe: Senior Navy Staff and/or Heads of Acquisition
from France, Germany, Sweden and Holland
- from the US - relevant operational and R & D senior
staff from the US Navy and Naval Labs/Office of Naval Research
(ONR).
