This new Division will provide Support Services to NAVEX's valued Clients, including the End-User and Defence Companies.

DDSS was formed as a result of several of several requests by our Clients including the End-user to provide specific support and services for projects they are involved both in Singapore and the region.

Experience has shown that quite a number of the overseas Companies have realised that they were ill-equipped to manage some Project-related issues locally, primarily because they are not fully represented here with an obvious lack of local presence, creating numerous problems for their Project Management Team(s).

We are familiar with the many daunting tasks that Project Management Teams have to face due to the lack of support from their distant home-base.

The objective of DDSS is to provide value-added services to many of our valued Clients who have on-going Programmes in Singapore to better manage and execute their local Project commitments.

As the NAVEX's experienced Team is familiar with both the Suppliers and the End-User's modus operandi, we are confident that our Clients will find DDSS services invaluable to overcome many of the local support issues.

It will be DDSS's goal to help our valued Clients to be successful in providing an efficient and cost-effective Support Service to their End-Users from the on-set of their Programmes. In today's competitive market environment, this will be a great Plus-factor towards Customer's satisfaction, a key element for more future business.

DDSS intend to work closely with you, our valued Clients, to ensure that the services provided by DDSS, will fully meet your needs and that of the End-User. Our intimate knowledge of the local environment, especially with the End-User, ensures that we are able to assist Companies to circumvent/amicably resolve potentially costly misunderstandings and delays.
